For a correction, the most useful message names the page, quotes the statement that is wrong and states the correct position. Where the correction concerns a licensing or tax matter, a reference to the regulator's own publication makes it possible to verify quickly.

What to expect

• Corrections are checked against the source and, where the point is sound, the underlying data is amended. The review date on every affected page changes with it.
• Disputes about emphasis are read but are not treated as corrections. A company is entitled to point out where a description of its business is factually wrong.
• Requests to be added, ranked or recommended are declined. Entries cannot be purchased and nothing on this site is ranked.
• Link requests and content placement offers are declined without reply.

What this desk cannot help with

This site has no relationship with any gambling operator and cannot assist with an account, a withdrawal, a bonus dispute or a complaint about a gambling company. Complaints go to the operator first and then to the dispute resolution route its licence requires, which is set out in the regulator's own published procedure.
