A listed aggregator and platform supplier that also owns several small studios outright.
Bragg combines the Oryx aggregation and platform business with a set of acquired game studios, which gives it both a distribution channel and content of its own to push through it. The model is the same one Relax Gaming and EveryMatrix use from different starting points, and it exists because aggregation on its own is a thin-margin business: the aggregator takes a share of a share.
Owning studios changes that arithmetic, because an operator buying content through the aggregator may end up playing games the aggregator itself owns, on which it keeps the full supplier margin. The commercial logic is clear enough that almost every significant aggregator has moved in the same direction.
The systems layer: player account management, wallets, bonusing, reporting, compliance tooling, and the single integration that gives an operator access to thousands of games from hundreds of studios.
