An American operator that built a Latin American business alongside its domestic one, unusually for its size.
Rush Street Interactive grew out of a land-based casino group and launched one of the first American online casino sites in New Jersey. It has stayed deliberately mid-sized in the United States, concentrating on states where online casino is legal rather than competing for sportsbook market share at any cost, which has given it a different revenue profile from the two market leaders.
Its Latin American business, trading as RushBet, was established early in Colombia and extended to Mexico and other markets, making it one of the few American-listed operators with a meaningful regional position outside North America. The reason is instructive: Colombia licensed online gambling before most of the region, and an operator already holding a licence there had a head start when neighbouring markets opened.
The companies that hold the relationship with the player: they take the stake, hold the account, pay the winnings and carry the licence in each market they serve. Almost everything else in this directory exists to supply them.
